I lucked out and got a free upgrade to a room with an awesome view, which was a pleasant surprise. the room was lovely and equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge. 🌟

We were in Manali for 1 day, had truly memorable stay, the hotel was clean with marvellous location in hills. The room met all required needs, nice and cozy with top class view. Location: the property was right by the Hadimba devi temple and Mall Road/market.

The room we stayed in was beautifully maintained and had a top-class view. the location of the hotel was ideal since it was close to the Hadimba Devi Temple, Mall Road/market, and the Valley.

I had a wonderful stay here, the room had a fantastic view, the bed was super comfy, and there was air conditioning and a balcony.

This place has a big room with its own bathroom and even a kettle 🫖. the staff here is really nice and they get things done quickly. Plus, the view around here is absolutely gorgeous.

The staff at Hotel Smugglers Mountain View were courteous and really good people. the setting of the hotel is beautiful and particularly good, being close to the city center.

The room is cozy, the people are great, and the location is marvelous. It's really close to the Valley, various indoor activities, and the Hadimba Devi Temple.

The balcony view from our room at Smugglers was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the snow-covered mountains in all their glory. The room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant ambience. The hotel's location, just 600 meters from Hidimba Devi temple, was perfect. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was cordial. The hotel also had a lot of activities like a playing zone, lawn with a bonfire, gym, and a disco. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The card terminal at the hotel couldn't process international cards, which was inconvenient. The bed linen and towels were shabby, and the duvet cover was torn.

We recently stayed at this venue and had an amazing time. The location is perfect for those who love nature, being in the hills and surrounded by beautiful valleys. The service was impeccable, with room service available all day and car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services offered for convenience. Welcome drink on arrival was refreshing and tours/ticket assistance helped us plan our itinerary. The rooms were comfortable with amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV. We enjoyed the terrace and patio, surrounded by garden furniture.

This hotel has a small and friendly team providing excellent service, and the rooms are beautiful with fantastic views.

The hotel staff were great and welcoming. The location was awesome, with both the mall road and Hadimba devi temple close by. The mountain view from the balcony was marvelous. The hotel had a lot of amenities and activities such as pool tables, table tennis, and a lawn with seating arrangement.

The rooms were not as comfortable as expected, and the temperature control system didn't work well. The view from some rooms was obstructed by the apple tree.

Great location near Circuit House and close to Hadimba Devi Temple, DPS School, and nature. 🌳 Close to all the important places!

the scenic beauty of the mountains and fresh air were breathtaking. the room was comfortable with an exquisite view of the surroundings. the personalized service I received was commendable. Breakfast was sumptuous, and their leisure facilities kept me entertained.

I wish they could add more variety to their menu.
